I will explain that we are human
beings and we make mistakes all the time, but we have to be humble and accept
advices from other people and if we want to learn something in a good way, we
have to accept some good critics.
I think that students are the
center of the class, so I will ask them how they want to be corrected. Whether
on-the-spot immediate correction or later one by one, but correction depends on
the activity because if we want to encourage fluency interruptions and
corrections might get in the way of the work.
In addition one strategy that I would
like to improve is just listen during the activity and discretely collect a
list of overheard errors and later on, I can use this list to provide sentences
to discuss or just correct them in order to make students feel comfortable.
As a conclusion I will try to be
the best teacher possible and I will try to help my students in all the ways possible,
but if I accomplish with all my responsibilities I am going to let know my
students that they have to answer with
the same attitude.
