What are some of your fears in the classroom?

Some of my fears in the classroom are that i am not going to be a good teacher and i will disapoint my students or i am not going to be able to teach them the enough knowledge in order the give up all the obstacules in the subject. Also i afraid to become a lazy teacher who does not preper classes and just arrive to the classroom and invent at the moment, but my worst fear is that if i so stress that i could not be able to show affection to my students and advice them whenis necesary. with that i am no saying that i am goint to wait that my students approve the way a teach i am jus trying to say that i would like to take care of my students and be the nicest person possible.

How have you deal with them?

I will try deal with my fears remembering why i decided become a teacher and trying to learn something new in every chance that i have. I think that i will smart enough to overcome all the challengues and i know that there will be a lot, but if i work with enthusiasm and I love what I do. I will find a good way to learn from my mistakes.

What have you learned about yourself and about fear as a result?

I have learnt that i could overcome my fears because when i started studing in the university i was so afraid because i though that i could not do it, but i started studying and doing my best and now i am finishing my major, so i know that i can get what i want if i worked hard.

Palmer writes, “Good teaching is an act of hospitality toward the young, and hospitality is always an act that benefits the host even more than the guest”. In what specific ways do you think a teacher has to be hospitable to students?

I think that hospitality always has to exist in a classroom enviroment because the gold of a teacher should be transmit the nkowledge to their students, but it has to be in a gentle way because is this the profession that we choose. Besides talking about hospitality, teachers have to be comprehensive because each students is a world and if we pay special attention to their behavior we could nkow them un an effective way and later the benefits of that will be a lot.

I like Plamer´s phrase because it gave me an interesent point of view on how we should behave as teachers in order to become professionals.

In what ways do they treat them us unwelcome guests?

When teachers think that they know everything and students dont nkow anything and they behave like militaries giving orders and demanding that students have to achieve all the information from the first word antil the last one. Also this kind of teachers dont relationate with their students because they think its inappropiate and it doesnt worthfull.

How do teachers benefit from practicing hospitality toward students?

Teachers benefit from practicing hospitality toward students because students are more consious about the knowledge that they want to acquire and they also behave depending the treat that they recive.

Evelyn fox Keller says of Nobel Prize-winner Barbara McClintock that her knowing come from”the highest from of love, love that allows for intamacy without the innihilation of difference”.Does this kind of love have place in education?

I think that this kind of love does not have place in education because nowadays teachers are worry for a lot things but they are not worry about their students and least of their feelings. Also teachers are afraid to love their students i dont know why and if they do it they does not pay attention to that. There can be a lot of reason for this kind of behaviour because if teachers show them a little affection they are always worried about what is going to say other people or how is going reac the student because they are not used to that. 

In the other hand i think that we can show love to our students with little things in order to motivate them and make them feel confortable.

How might it make a difference if we could teach students to love the world in this way?

I think students will have more confidence and they will have a happy life because if as teachers show them that its alright to stimate and love other people and also to love where they live they are going to believe that they can be happy and they dont have be worry for so many problems that our sociaty have for the selfishness of some people that only want to cause damage to others instead of well.
